What do you think of a law that would involved the death penalty for animal cruelty ?

Each day Thousands of animals are killed and severely mistreated to the point that it is sicking
Most people do not realize what is really going on out there, and the most states will do is simply put a person in jail for a short time, and they get out to do it again.

I am not so sure. First, homicide is not getting a death penalty. However, I think a life term in jail will do. I believe in a right to live for all, including criminals. The best punishment should be life time imprisonment till death.
